Clients have purchased a pre-renovated house in the same street before this renovation was on site but the three dimensional model by www.lucidimage.com.au gives a realistic rendering of the finished project.
This house began as a small workers cottage. The extension (all of the work shown is newly built) addresses the second street frontage of the site. The grandeur of the traditional-style homestead was carefully proportioned and beautifully built.
Builder: Keystone Constructions.
This house deserves before and after photos. It had demolition approval and was in dire condition but was resuscitated. The character of the house and it’s proportions was well worth saving. The clients have reinvested it with character detail and unenclosed the front verandah while keeping contemporary kitchen, bathrooms and large rear deck for contemporary living.
A light and airy substantial extension to the rear of a classic queenslander. Design by Bosanquet Foley Architects and project managed by the clients. Kitchen and Bathrooms fabricated by Leo Steiner from Image Joinery
