This Chapel Hill house has been transformed from a 1970s single dwelling to two substantial homes by the addition of a central ‘parti’ wall. New kitchens and bathrooms and a complete overhaul complete the look.

Jointly designed by Sarah Foley of Bosanquet Foley Architects and Alice Hampson Architect, this tower is an extension of an existing room and creates a library on a mid level mezzanine and a viewing deck for whale watching and stargazing.
